What are the rules for selling on ebay something that has written in the

bidder at the moment. It has still not reached my highest bid. Can i
increase the bid or will it take my last bid and bid against it ?

added that contain Copyright.. it is so unfair that someone is making a
profit for a FREE item, and a so ...
There is a group from a community web site that are aware of FREE
patterns being SOLD by a member and we are going to work very hard to
have her shut down... this person works from the UK..
