Ebay cancelled a listing I had purchased and advised I go to paypal to
get a refund. Paypal then replies stating that I will not be able to get
a refund..What do I do now??
I got the message through my ebay messages.The item was rechargeable
batteries with the charger. I paid for it. The next day I got a email
