One glass was broken out of 12 and I would really like a replacement not
a reimbursement. Is the seller obliged to replace it or is there a
blanket policy that the buyer accepts the loss? It was an international

Can you as the buyer pay directly into the vendors Paypal account to pay
extra postage if she has undercharged on an invoice which has already
been paid. She said she can't reverse the transaction and issue an
updated invoice.
