if you showed up with $1. I'd be happy you got a bargain and if the item
didn't sell it would end up in an op shop anyway.And I think reserve
price is the biggest waste of time -...
The premises do not have to be licenced as there are BYO restaurants
etc.... That is incorrect, all venues selling or serving alcohol must
have a licence. BYO restaurants need BYO licence.
