I bid on a car that I thought was local but it is in Victoria 900kms
away, i ask the seller to with draw my bid and honestly did not think I
would win but I didwhat happens if I don't pay for the car
what can I do when the seller ignores me and doesn't refund the
purchases and the items never arrived, this from a so called seller with
a high star rating
full details : I order serveral items and paid using paypal, when the
items hadn't arrived ontime I questioned why and was told to wait a
little longer, then it had been returned and would be recent to me and
once again it did not arrive, I questione...
