Seems that I must go through Paypal, not Ebay. Why is this?Says the site

Seller did not send with other items, which have arrived. They admit
they now have none of the item in stock. Yet they have not refunded.(
I'll have to check that in a minute.) Many emails later and they ask for
positive feedback. Isn't that wrong?
Here's the thing- they're in China- it says so on where the item came
from and site- so how come it is listed as Australian? It is just a fog
of evasive distractions. It is all over now, all good. Won't buy from
them again.
Yes- it was an odd situation- although from China, I was unable to open
case with Ebay,only Paypal.It was allright,but took effort.This forum

Thanks again- I will have to open a case. I did also send a message
saying that I can't give them positive feedback on a product I will
never see as they forget to include them.(Not one small thing, five of
