Could someone please clearly detail the steps needed to get ebay to help resolve an issue.

I received damaged goods from the seller who agreed that I need not return the damage products and he will send replacements.  This has been going on for 6 weeks.  I have tried to find how to get ebay involved in resolving the issue but am looping between their information pages without being able to find a link that directs me straight to the process.

Can someone please step out what I need to click to initiate help from the resolution centre.

Thanks

If it is more than 30 days past tha last ETA of the item then the eBay MBG will not help you and you'll have to open a "not as described" case with Payal. Note that you should opt into Paypal's "limited return offer BEFORE opening a case with them.

Edit. DO NOT close the dispute until you are completely happy with thr solution, a dispute CANNOT be reopened.

Re: Could someone please clearly detail the steps needed to get ebay to help resolve an issue.

Given that they have offered to resend, I'll assume it's a Chinese seller, as that is a well known stalling tactic by Asian sellers. DO NOT ever accept an offer to resend from an Asian seller, because 99.99999999% of the time, it won't arrrive. Always open a dispute and get a refund. You can always buy the item again once refunded.
