NEED help urgently about issue with seller please

Hi everyone, will keep this short and sweet.
I bought 2 hoverboard scooters from a seller (not cheap!)
They are coming up with all sorts of excuses saying can you wait or would you like something else.
Now they are saying the item I bought (which had more than a few in stock at time of buy it now) is no longer vailable.
They have sent me an email to another mode, dearer (of course) and it is an outside link, to a non supported site.
There is no ebay buer protection, nor even Paypal and for an amount of over $500 bucks that has already been paid to them through ebay/afterpay, they are now saying pay another $500+.
I have looked all day for 'help' through ebay but are getting nowhere with it!

Why is there no buyer protection?

Open a case for INR immediately, to get your money back.

If it's too late for Ebay (you have 30 days), then open one in Paypal (you have 180 days)

Don't let them string you along, and DO NOT pay them any more money.

360+ sold. That's over $90k, just for hoverboards. I wonder how many were delivered. Quite a few negs for non-delivery.
