I bought am amplifier from the UK and it arrived damaged.
I put in a claim with the global shipping program and received an email on 16/02 advising my claim was successful and I would be receiving a refund within 3-5 business day.
As of today I am yet to receive the chargeback to my credit card. I have emailed customer service several times over the last two weeks and have had no response. How can i get through to ebay to get this issue resolved?
