I have for years now accessed my ebay account through Rewards Central as a means of earning reward

I have been using ebay for years through the Reward Central site to earn reward points , was interstate for just over a week 

and now there appears to be a disconnect from Reward Central 

cannot open ebay on Reward Central site ??

Why is a particular Reward Partner no longer on your site?

Sometimes Reward Partners are removed from our site. This can happen because their contract with us has expired, or because they stopped paying out reward points to members that earned them.

Have you heard anything back from them by now?

If not, do they have a Facebook page you can post on and ask?

Some companies are not 'very good' (ahem) at responding to emails or contact us but have much improved customer service when it comes to replying to Facebook wall posts

I just googled it to check if it was one of their tactics to eliminate points.  Yes I can't now either so I guess it's genuine.

I have the same issue. Not only that but they rejected a whole lot of my purchases on eBay and don't respond for a month then ask for the screen shot of the item which I sent and then don't give any points and then when I submit another enquiry they don't respond for another month and then ask for the screen shots again and now I have heard nothing.

I am also a priority gold member but this did nothing. They don't respond to gold member enquries either.

Service is getting very poor. I have been a member since they first started and the service has gone downhill every year.

The only one now available is flybuys.

I have now joined this one.
