Hi, because I am a new seller,I have to wait a whole month before I get my payout. I think that is ridiculous as I need the money now. I have other items I'm selling , so do I have to wait a whole month for those as well?

Everybody has to play by the rules, and this is the way it is. You need to show eBay that you are a reliable seller, and you will follow the rules. It is for everyone's protection. A month goes by quite quickly.

You agreed to the hold on funds when you listed to sell
The hold on funds apply to every new seller, and to sellers who only sell now and then
It has been the case for many years, and again, part of the terms you agreed to when you listed
As for the other items, that would depend, it is not a one size fits all
The hold will be in place for the first few to several items at least
And that is assuming you send the items within your handling time and that you don't get any disputes or neg feedback from buyers
So long as you fully completed sign up to Managed Payments, and were verified to sell before doing so
You will want to be especially careful with those cameras
Such things are a beacon for scammer buyers who look for inexperienced sellers selling high price items
While you are waiting, read up on the selling basics
And especially do actually read what you are agreeing to when you tick that box that you read and understood
