Where the H*LL is eBay Online Chat Support?

I just wonder if its just happened to my account or eBay removed the Online chat support for All Australian users. The WORST idea is to cut online chat support, if they need to fire someone it should be their phone service center who knows nothing, un-fckn believable

They closed the phone center over two years ago so firing someone from there is moot

Are you saying there are no options for 'chat' when you scroll down under 'eBay Help' ?

You have to go to the help page, scroll down to "contact us" and go through all the options (it does not matter if they don't fit your case perfectly) until the live chat window appears.

That option has disappeared on my side at least

This is all I have for all of my selling accounts, "have us call you" , quick connection but no idea how to solve the issue, happened 2 weeks ago, still nothing on my side, I guess they are doing some AB testings

Perhaps let the members here know what the problem is and we can point you in the right direction ?

I just checked and the options are still there for me. I am  using a laptop (Microsoft Edge, Windows 11). As Padi said, maybe someone here can help if you explain your problem.

For all users who suffer similar issue, I found out an alter solution, go check other support channels and you may be lucky to find online chat service option and then ask them to transfer you to the right department
