Why did ebay change my profile name to jajan5604.sezqzudxf in 2018. Change back please.

I have been part of the Ebay community since approx. 2004 and for some reason unbeknown to me Ebay decided in 2018 to change my details as shown above.   I have operated under the same email address since 2004 and have contacted Ebay previously about this, with no courtesy of a reply.

I cannot leave feedback for anything I have purchased and quite angry that this has happened.  Check my details please and change  my details to what they were when I first started.

My first thought was a guest account, given the weird letters and numbers. Guest accounts can't leave or receive feedback (unless things have changed). This account has 3 feedback (it's actually got 4 now if you click on the feedback score). There have also been 4 feedbacks left for sellers.
