There is a search refinement for Aus only but that is sellers selling to Australia, not located in Aus.
If you are on the Eastern side try using 2000lkms from your postcode but it will still include sellers misrepresenting their item location as many Asian sellers do. To combat that you need to check acount registration and feedback before buying.
