Can other people see what l Buy on ebay ?

When l Buy an item on ebay, can other people see what l bought, and for how much ?  thank you for answers.

Other people can see what you have bought if you show them or allow them them to sign into your account.

Others can however see your bid retractions & your silly comments about those who do not  leave feedback....which is voluntary.
