How can I reduce bid placed by accident?

Tried to put in $10.00 bid but came up as $1000 bid but I didn't notice CanI reduce it?

You can retract a bid if there are more than 12 hours left or if it is done within 1 hour of placing the bid.

You need to place a fullstop between the dollars and cents, commas don't register.
