How to I find a seller ? Received a Model from UK, but was damaged, cannot find the sellers details

I'm trying to contact a seller in the UK , I purchased a Corgi Model, which arrived, but was damaged, in the box and re-wraped. No way was this damaged in transit. Trying to find how to locate. 

I looked on E-Bay, which advised me to provide the email I purchased the item on and they would sent me a email with the details and how to go about contacting he seller. 

I did this twice it produced nothing ????? 

My wife purchased this on her phone, and I opened a E-bay account latter ??  Still I supplied both my wife and my own nails ???    It is now 3 or 4 days and I still cannot figure out  how I do this ??

I have never bought as a guest, so I don't know for sure, but even as a guest when you or your wife paid, you should have received some sort of order confirmation in your mailbox (the email address you provided)? Maybe that order confirmation contains details on how to contact the seller...

On a side note, because you mention it was re-wrapped... did the seller use the Global Shipping Program by any chance? There have been other people who received damaged items because of poor re-packaging by PB.

If you can give some specific details of the corgi model, and an approximate purchase date, it can probably be located.  Only about 500 recent sales.   Purchase price will also make it a lot easier

I have all this information, I have the PayPal recipe,t, I just cannot get anyone, on eBay to respond to me. I states if you purchased an item as a gust to, input the email you used and they will sent a reply, with all the details of the seller nd what I have to do, they just never reply ??? I have done this 3 or 4 times, each time I supply the email that the item was purchased with, they said they have received it and will reply , they just never do. ???

Maybe you should try live chat (from the Help page). It is the only effective way to contact eBay at the moment.

If you post the details here, I am sure someone can find your purchase and direct you to the original listing, from where you can contact the seller.

So we know the brand "Corgi" model of what, plane, train, bus etc? How much did you pay and about how long ago. If the sale is less than 3 months old it can be pretty simple to find.

you could type in the item header in 'search' and look for 'sold items' on the left

I'm unsure what is the item Header, all I have is a PayPal receipt, I never received anything that I can find from Bay or the Seller ????

The title at the top of the page you bought from... These are recently sold Corgi models for example, starting with the most recent sales: https://www.ebay.com.au/sch/i.html?_sacat=0&LH_Sold=1&_udlo=&_udhi=&_samilow=&_samihi=&_sadis=15&_st... If you know the exact title and the date of purchase, you can find the seller. It is only up to the last 90 days though.

Yes I have there return address, and have this day sent a direct email, but my understanding is if they do not do the right thing I need E-Bay to respond on my beheld ???
