Hi there
This guy has sold me a garage door remote a few weeks ago. Unfortunately I needed to return it back to him as it wasn't the right one for my garage door. but he asked me to pay for the postage with a registered mail. It would cost me more than what I bought from him.
Now I gave up the return for that reason and I want to leave a review on this guy but I believe that he's even closed the review on me.
Please solve this issue otherwise I need to resort to the VCAT and whatever I can do against him.

Not exactly sure VCAT will be too interested in a $16.50 eBay dispute - especially one where the purchaser is at fault.

What lesson do you want to give?
You have not said anywhere where the sell has done anything wrong
You’ve made no mention of the seller sending something other than what the listing stated nor that the item was faulty on arrival
Let us know where the seller at fault
From what you have posted, you look like the arrogant and unreasonable party
