This is very frustrating when trying to contact supplier.

Have you selected the right parameters in purchase history ?

(change the drop down menu from 60 days to 2020)

Yes, I have selected the right parameters. This is not the first time this has happened. With respect to my original question I have since received one of the "missing items" but it still has not shown up in my purchase history. Has anyone else had this problem, and did you get it resolved?

I had this happen many years ago and discovered that I'd inadvertently paid as a "guest" through Paypal, and not through my usual Paypal account.
