I purchased a custom made doll from US on 27th May and paid immediately via PayPal as required. Seller indicated a 3-4 weeks leadtime. After 5 weeks I had heard nothing, so contacted seller. Usual family excuses and promises that my order would be completed the following week followed by photos. Another 2 weeks later, I contacted seller again, with the same promise. By this time it was too late to go via PayPal and get my money back, so I waited for another 2 weeks hoping I would have some news. It is now week 11 and I have asked the seller to refund my money as I do not trust her and have no confidence that I will ever get what I ordered. She has refused to refund my money. I feel cheated (as a pensioner) and I now do not want the article - just my money back as it has been a very stressful experience. Because of the time lapse, I was not even allowed the privilege of leaving negative feedback - so she has got away with it.
