I got a samsung galaxy 3 flip case. I don't own a samsung galaxy 3...   I bought a new phone on tuesday (HTC One XL) and i've bought some accessories for it since, but nothing that should have arrived this fast.   What I bought isn't even related to what I got today....   the only name on the yellow padded envelope is 'espeed logistics hong kong'.   I have NO idea how to track down the clown that sent this to me... lol.   Any help? ... i purchased a new generator which should have run the pumps i have,but didnt,icontacted the seller twice but was sent information on selecting the correct generator for the right  application, i had the generator checked by a qualified electrician,the generator had faulty overload relays on this new generator,i had the relays replaced  at a cost of $237.05 .i contacted the seller again about a refund for work done on the generator,but i am not recieving any reply, can i do anything to get the cost of repairs back. thanks for any help,ron. ... Hi hope someone can help, i recently bid on a cell phone and lost out. The next day i recieved a second chance offer on the phone and accepted it even tho the seller had low feedback i thought everyone has to start somewhere. After paying into there bank account the full amount i have heard nothing even after many emails to the seller. I opened a dispute case on ebay and the 10 days went past with nothing from the seller, then ebay closed the dispute and now i am left with no phone and out of pocket.I have been looking daily at there feeback and now have found out that the person that won the cell phone has now left negative feedback because they are going through the same round about as me, i looks like this seller has sold the phone twice and pocketed the cash and kept the phone.After doing some digging i have a cell number they used when they picked up something from another seller but no address,i just dont know what to do next and feel a bit lost as this has never happened to me in over 200 buys on ebay. I know this sort of thing happens but when you pay direct into a persons bank account it looks like there is nothing much you can do to get the money back. I agreed to buy an item and then recieved a message from the buyer saying it had to be a bank deposit as he didn't have paypal. When I replyed stating I only use paypal and to cancel my buy as he didn't state this in the ad he then replyed to say he now had paypal( I found this a bit suss). Hi, I have recently opened a case against item not received and I have raised it into claim.  The seller responded twice with lies and empty promises.  Before I opened the case, seller never responded.  After I opened the case the seller said: my address was wrong therefore the item was returned to seller.  A week later he said that the item had been re-sent to my correct address, but when I asked for the tracking number that he promised he muted me until now. Obviously he lied because both Paypal and Ebay would have shown my correct and valid address upon completion of purchase and payment.  Secondly, he said he had re-sent the item and would give me the tracking number, but he never did and then stopped answering my emails. Question: if I give him a negative feedback, can he then retaliate and give me also a negative feedback? If he does that, can I request ebay to remove it? because it's unfair.  I have done nothing wrong as buyer and I even paid instantly. Please advise, thank you. ... View more

Hi,early in the week i had a buyer wanting an item i was selling so he used 'Buy it now' , i sent him an invoice straight away and as of today ive had no correspondence or payment from him, so it looks like i'm golng to have to open an Unpaid item case against him tomorrow. So i'm checking my Ebay yesterday and i noticed he want's to buy the same item again (i have quite a few of the same item for sale)and he's waiting for me to send an invoice! With the previous order i have sent him a polite reminder letter about paying etc and as i said previously i havent heard anything from him. So what do i do? What happens if i do report him for non payment for his first order and what do i do with his second item he wants to buy? Also his contact phone number isn't quite correct, its a Tasmania number which is (61) 6330.......the main number is correct just the area code is wrong, i believe the proper area code is 03. Is this anything there i should be cocerned about?Doesnt Ebay say all your contact details must be correct or is it just a typo? ... View more

Paid for two items on the 9th of december, and on my ebay page it said that the seller had posted the items (highlighted envelope) on the 12th december. It is now the 16th and the items still haven't arrived.   I paid via standard postage.   I've never had an item not arrive on time or be this long through the post.   The seller also stated that they hold no responsibilites if posted via regular mail.   Are there any action that I can take to get my products or money back even if they state that they take no responsibilities?   Here is the link. Dear forum, Background - Purchased product was supplied faulty. I returned the product. Product was sent back to me damaged and still faulty. I am $19.95 out of pocket due to return to seller postage and over a month with out use of the product. I have contacted the seller again to explain the goods are damaged and still faulty and I require a refund. Hi all people in the know. I bid on 7 items today all of which had high postage costs for what they were. But as I knew I was going to the area where bids are I thought I would just collect while there. I sent the lady a message saying i was comind down and could I collect. I also thought i would offer some frienly advice saying the reason she didnt get many bids was because of high postage costs. There was no mention at all of combined post or pickup in any of the listings. She wrote me back saying the reason she did that was in case she didnt get much on the bids. She told me to retract the bids if i want to but cant as they are finished. I dont want to go ahead with the purchases. I have excellent feedback thus this far and have not had one problem with any of my bids. Am i wrong . How do i get out of these bids. Any advice would be greatly appreciated in advance. ...
