5% off gift card code doesn't work

I tried to use the code PGIFT5 to pay the gift cards just now, but it always told me "this code can't be applied to your order".  I already chose paypal as the payment option.  

Anyone has the same issue?

Look at the T&C's.

Check it's not expired.

Most need to be used on the Australian eBay site only.

Some categories are usually excluded.

Often there is a purchase minimum before it works.

And some vouchers are only good with participating/particular sellers.

They have to be $100 gift cards.

Did you get the invitation for it ? Usually eBay message you or it shows on your My eBay page.

Many vouchers are by invitation only. Not everyone gets them.
