Am I being conned?

I recently purchased 5 auction items from a seller in the UK. I asked beforehand if they could relist the items as one BIN price in order to get combined shipping with EBay shipping to which they agreed. They listed the item for £200 and told me to make an offer of £95 which is £10 more than the auction price but apparently EBay charges more fees for BIN. Now they say EBay charged them £17 extra because of using BIN. This doesn't sound right.

No one’s answered so I can only suggest logging into .uk, look at their T&Cs or ask the question there

Why did you not simply ask the seller to send a combined invoice for all 5 items after you won the auctions? The scenario of cancelling/relisting etc seems an unnecessary convoluted way of going about it.

To the best of my knowledge  UK sellers using the GSP can't combine postage  for auction items .

Have the rules changed ?
