Anyone else get a $50 paypal voucher?

G'day all. Has anyone heard anything about a $50 voucher that claims to be from paypal and states that it has no minimum spend? Has a code but you dont have to click on anything in the email. Seems to have come from paypal@mail.paypal.com which is the address I have recieved other paypal/ebay offers from and is addressed to my real name as registered on my paypal account.
