Asked to Change Feedback

I have left negative or neutral feedback when I felt the need. Often the sellers will contact me and ask me to change it. Even offering to give me back my money if I do.

I leave feedback because I feel others need to be aware of what to expect from this seller.
I had one seller contact me every couple of days, sent me 10 emails asking me to change it. I had to report him in the end.

Please don't change feedback if that is what they deserve. It is to safe guard people like me.
I just got ripped off $17 by one seller who sold me faulty goods which I am sure is a common practice for her as she knew how to go about getting paypal to rule in her favour. Left me bewildered as to how this happened, never going to buy from China again.  This seller has brought shame to her country.

Re: Asked to Change Feedback

Yep found it - lost in post is one possible explanation. I am giving the buyer the benefit of the doubt. The last neutral I gave a seller was followed by a lot of huffing and puffing and the feedback response was a fabrication. I really think the OP is right - give a negative where a negative is due and praise where praise is due. There are a lot of positives and few negatives.

Re: Asked to Change Feedback

yes that is fair enough ,just as long as you contact the seller 1st and give the seller every opportunity to rectify the problem.
