After buying an item from <Removed>, it took me 20 phone calls, lots of messages, I was told lies, given false tracking numbers, then finally got a refund.
I left <Removed> neg feedback, only to find Ebay removed the feedback i left, the seller was back on 100% positive.
I contacted ebay saying that was my honest opinion of the trade with <Removed>, to be told <Removed> has a managed account, and any neg feedback can be removed...........is this legal?
Naturally, ive been watching<Removed> they have 7 neg feedbacks, all of which have disappeared and think-out are back on 100%
So, in my opinion, Ebay are allowing feedback and score manipulation, which is against Ebay policy, so Ive been told many times on the phone by the liars in "customer care".
So now i dont leave feedback because theres no point, if the seller can just get it removed.
Has anyone else experienced this Ebay CON?

Such a lot of question marks.
Well, let's see...
NSW Fair Trading? Nope - paper tigers.
ACCC? Nope - as per above.
That's the "authorities" out of the way.

Oh hey look!
The **bleep**py seller in question has had yet another negative feedback applied sometime in the last 20 minutes or so.
Let's see how long this one lasts before ebay deletes it.
I'm thinking 90 minutes?
Any bets? 😄

The negative feedback has remained there without being deleted for a stunning 2.5hrs! A new world's record!
I'm away for the weekend, but I'll bookmark think-out's feedback page and check it occasionally on my phone. I'll update this thread periodically over the weekend because I don't want you guys and gals (particularly lyndal1838 and davewil1964) to miss a second of the action

And still the negative feedback remains... I am stunned that it has been up for over four hours now without it being deleted by ebay.
Thought I'd finally leave some negative feedback for the seller in question. See attached for a redacted copy of it.
I want to see what happens to it 😄
Obviously I have saved evidence that I posted such feedback, so when it does end up deleted by ebay I can raise hell about it quite righteously both here and on the various other fora.
Life is good

Here's a screenshot of this seller's feedback profile with an unprecedented TWO negative feedbacks.
The clock is ticking ebay - let's see how fast you can delete my negative feedback on this seller's profile hahaha

You realise you cannot name and shame on the boards, don't you?
And all you have done is tell us who is useless for reporting these transgressions to.....which is exactly what I was telling you.
Now you need to tell us who you will be reporting to in order to get some action.

They have 3 negatives and a neutral now,(all for not receiving the items).
Your negative and the neutral will be removed by eBay if the seller asks them too as they violate the feedback
policy that states that a buyer can not leave feedback that mentions a dispute,(by stating that eBay refunded
the money means that you both started a dispute for a refund).
