Beware of seller; <Removed>

After buying an item from <Removed>, it took me 20 phone calls, lots of messages, I was told lies, given false tracking numbers, then finally got a refund.

I left <Removed> neg feedback, only to find Ebay removed the feedback i left, the seller was back on 100% positive.

I contacted ebay saying that was my honest opinion of the trade with <Removed>, to be told <Removed> has a managed account, and any neg feedback can be removed...........is this legal?

Naturally, ive been watching<Removed> they have 7 neg feedbacks, all of which have disappeared and think-out are back on 100%

So, in my opinion, Ebay are allowing feedback and score manipulation, which is against Ebay policy, so Ive been told many times on the phone by the liars in "customer care".

So now i dont leave feedback because theres no point, if the seller can just get it removed.

Has anyone else experienced this Ebay CON?

No need to be embarrassed.....the comment was in reply to another poster who insisted that he knew how to report the seller to get ebay to take action.  When challenged he could not give an answer.  He could only say who would not take action which was what I had already said.

But then you know all this, don't you?

Maybe you could answer the question?

perhaps it is not my place to comment here .. the person you are referring to is under no obligation to jump just because you (or your gang) are cracking whips ..

He could only say who would not take action which was what I had already said.

yes ..

Maybe you could answer the question?

no .. and quite frankly, why you would insist on being ahead of the curve on this Lyndal is anyone's guess and honestly wouldn't expect a straight answer on that so won't ask ..

What I can say is that I too have watched ebay bend their rules for their insider mates and the ops grievance is very much starting to look like yet another example of the lopsided playing field that has been provided for us by the powers that be .. why they would do this to our country is actually looking to me like a very sinister agenda ..

.. now can we just watch this thing unfold without all the haranguing and BS?

.. all negs now deleted from the sellers account (even ones that don't mention paypal) .. they are only letting the neutrals stick .. I will say some of their products look interesting eg 232093022093 but in view of the horrendous customer service and all the negs being removed one must assume that they may be better to deal with directly at their shop etc and at the very least completely suck at email correspondence with their paying customers who were waiting for items to be delivered etc etc .. I would have liked to manage an account like this myself but doubt anyone with that much neg feedback would be someone I would like to work for etc .. as for all the missing negs that were obviously removed; we may never know the reason behind it ..

Thanx for the warning,

I was looking to buy 4 batteries.

But I always do look into the feedback scores and have a looky at what people have said.

But its very easy to get a bad feedback on ebay as a seller.

Just a day or 2 late in shipping or bad slow delivery

which is normally out of your hands.

Or even within delivery times just not as fast

as customer wanted.

Or product not as good as customer hoped.

Or not as cheap as customer wanted.

But the point of this thread is to point out that the negative feedback for this seller is being removed.

Looking at his feedback will do you no good at all as the negative feedback is not there for you to look at.

Why are we seeing an influx of dead threads appearing at the top of the thread list?

Do you own REMOVED? Or maybe employed by them? The problem is REMOVED are getting eBay to remove their neg feedback, eBay are breaking their own rules and policies, making them the biggest Hippocrates.
I'll never order anything else from this company, and want other people to know what they really are like, and all your whining won't stop this thread
