Sellers can not issue site wide eBay vouchers. Only eBay can. That seller can only give you a voucher for their items, not eBay. I thought I made that pretty clear. It would be pointless giving you a voucher for their items if they refuse to sell to you.

judge Judy often says โIf a story does not make sense then it is not trueโ.
This voucher issued by a German seller that can only be used on the US site just does not make sense.

I was kinda scratching my head over the seller issuing an ebay voucher.
Wondering how they did that.
Thought I might have been dumb or sumfink

It was a gift voucher for any Ebay purchase not just that particular sellers items. Its a US seller not german. I emailed the seller telling them I can't use the voucher so I'll wait and see what they say. I dont really think there's a lot they can do about it. I'll wait & see.
are you referring to the same listing that was discussed on page 1 of this thread . . . . . . because the item number was for eBay Germany item.

Michelle, did you miss the bit where you were told that sellers can't issue
ebay vouchers?
They can only issue vouchers for their own items.
