I never received the watch.    I got the message This return was completed on 13 Jul, 2016  when i looked at it on ebay.

Does this mean they have only send it today or something else?

No idea. When did you buy? Did the seller upload tracking number? Are you aware you are posting on a member to member board, not asking eBay a question?

If you opened a dispute to get the replacement it probably means the dispute has timed out if it was not closed or escalated by either party.

If your ebay dispute has times out you can still open a dispute in paypal to get a refund....you have 6 months to do that.
