I purchased three remotes, using my credit card.
They arrived and were broken. compeltely unusable.
After a lengthy dialog with the seller, I open a resolution with Ebay. Ebay has closed the resolution (so I cant response/action it) with "we have refunded the money into the pay pal you used"
Hang on... I didn't pay with pay pal?! I paid with my credit card.
Now I can't contact you because you closed the matter.
Can someone please, for the love of god, contact me or I'm contacting my bank and reporting this as fraud on not just the seller, but also eBays part.

Check your Credit Card - perhaps the refunds show there.

Possibly, but why would it say "we have refunded it to your paypal" along with several links to paypal (paypal logo, "click here to log into your pay pal" etc)

no point abusing people on the board, we are member just like you
we do not work for ebay and ebay staff do not read these boards
Nobody here has the ability to close anything either
is your credit card linked to paypal?
If not, good idea to go to your bank and report it

to add
if messages are ONLY in your emails and not in your actual ebay messages, not a good idea to click on anything as they are likely scam emails

With all due respect Bear.
I didn't find the OP's answer abusive.
He/she said possibly - a new one - not exactly sure how it works.

If you paid by Paypal and it was funded with your credit card, the funds
will be on the credit card.
It may take a few days to show.

Check both your paypal account and the credit card account.
A refund made to your credit card takes several days to show.
Unless you paid the seller directly to their merchant credit facility you would have used paypal to process a credit card payment but not necessarily a paypal account.
