Can I leave positive feedback for a seller that helped me cancel my order?

As my order was cancelled, I cant see how to leave feedback

 

I ordered a Medium size shirt by mistake and quickly contacted the seller to ask if I could have a Small size (If it wasn't too late). The seller replied instantly and told me that they had the size I ordered but didn't have my preferred size. The seller then placed my order on hold and asked if I would rather cancel the order or go ahead with the Medium. I cancelled the order and they processed the refund on the same day.

 

This sellers tone in the messages I received was very friendly and genuine. They could have easily have said that the package had been finalised and I should return the item once arrived. (in the hope that I kept it).

 

Sellers like this deserve positive feedback.

you can't leave f/b as there was no transaction....perhaps message the seller and thank them

There was a transaction that was paid for so feedback should be possible. How long ago was the transaction....has the feedback gone to 2020

The only time feedback cannot be left is when a UPI dispute is opened and closed.

If a seller cancels and refunds soon after the transaction, depending on the reason feedback might not be possible.

Partial C&P below from my reply on another thread.

 

 

There should be a way to leave some feedback on a cancellation. I'm not sure how to do it or where to find the facility to do so but I have heard that there is. I think it disappears from the purchase history but the way to leave feedback after a cancellation is hiding somewhere. Perhaps some of the other posters here will know. sorry, that's all I can say at this time.

Order a few weeks ago and was canceled by the seller prior to shipping was arranged. All good as I thanked the seller directly but just a shame that they can’t get a positive review for potential buyers to read. I mean they did provide great customer service. Thanks for taking the time to reply to my post.
