I am trying to get a refund on an incompleted order from November, 2023, but ebay website won't show any orders that are eligible to be disputed. I can't get any sense from the 'automated help desk' because the issue is obviously past the date of eligibility or something and nothing 'eligible' shows up on their system? How can I get in touch with ebay to sort this out? I have been emailing back and forth with the seller but they're refusing to refund me and say they've (three times) sent out the remaining products, but I have not received them. They offered a $6 refund when the amount should be $44.48. This has been going on for 7 months now and I can't get any help from ebay help desk. What's my next option???

I think you have 60 days from the estimated delivery date to be able to lodge a dispute for items not received etc. You are way too late to lodge this now with ebay. Maybe try your bank/paypal whomever you used to pay for the item to see if they have any funds protection

As I said, there's been heaps of emails back and forth to the seller - with them telling me to 'be patient' or that it should be received in 5-7 days, or 'its been delivered - check your lawn'. So - yes - I will learn this lesson and there's going to be very negative reviews on this seller. Thankfully it's only $45 odd lost. Will contact the bank though, thanks for your reply.

7 months - you are totally out of options.
Sorry.

There isn't one
Why did you leave it 7 months?
The time limit is 30 days after the last estimated delivery date
eBay are not going to do anything now
Don't play around with the seller next time something like this happens

be careful how you leave feedback, so that the seller cannot get it removed:

You're also out of time to do that.

Do you know if I can still leave feedback after this amount of time? Because there's no option on the purchase order - If not I'm beyond furious. Ebay website is an absolute joke.

After 7 months I think that ship has sailed.

You had all the tools you need to have done something within the time limit
It was your choice not to use them
If you think eBay is a joke for buyers, never become a seller
Buyers have all the power
Be furious at yourself
