what the hell is it with Chinese and Japanese guitar sellers..? Chinese sellers are a nightmare, they are more than happy to waste 2 or 3 months of your time to achieve nothing, they refuse to help with customs issues knowing very well why the problems exist and do nothing.. one even used a fake tracking number which helped me prove he was doing wrong thing and get refund! please do not trust! they also use multiple stores..
so i went to the Japanese.. now i have a seller who simply does not communicate, item not sent yet and i have no idea what is going on.. EBAY can you please educate Asian sellers on what is expected..

Why do you support them?
No use telling eBay here, it is a member to member forum they rarely read
Stop buying from dodgy sellers and it will not be an issue
And if you must support them, don't play games with them
They can only waste months of your time if you allow them to
And don't buy when there will be customs issues
Stop supporting these sellers
The one you have left neg feedback for had more than enough warnings from other not to buy
If you choose to buy anyway, that is your choice alone

How do you propose that eBay "educate Asian sellers on what is expected"?
You could educate yourself by doing your due diligence, noting Estimated Delivery Dates & using the eBay Money Back Guarantee in a timely manner.
I agree with what sandy said.

Why not try an Australian made guitar and buy from the maker? Yes I know that would be more expensive but you'd be supporting a local business, would be able to contact maker easily if any problems, and would get a custom made instrument made to your requirements.
