EBay giving seller the wrong address.

So twice now I’ve had eBay provide my old address to the seller. On my end it says the delivery address is correct and current.

But when the bot gives them the address to print for a label it sends to an address no longer on my account. (I moved several months ago)

I have double checked and I cannot find anywhere that still lists the address it gave them.

Any ideas? Thank you!

Have you changed your postage address as well as your registration address.

In your account settings, select addreses  and make sure your postal address is correct, and make sure your current address is set as your primary delivery address

If you paid by Paypal, have you also changed your address there?

In this instance I used afterpay but my address is updated with them. I also have updated my address with PayPal and my card

Do you check your address when you go through check out?  I found it worth the 5 secs.

Yep I have doubled checked that and it was the correct address listed on the order

Yep registration, delivery and ship from address all match my current address. It’s super odd

Are the purchases going to old address from sellers you've bought from before? Only reason I thought of this possibility is due to getting an order by phone from a customer and I made sure to check her address as my records showed last contact was a few years ago.

Both new sellers. Interestingly I did 2 orders from one of them. The first order went to the old addrrsss and the second the new one.
