Why is it that ebay will not help customers in need, this is degusting, I had to call 9 times and everytime I was spoken like I was an animal, the SO called costumer centre has no idea how to listen to your problem and always speak over you, this is unacceptable

The best you can do, as advised, is use Live Chat.
You can ask for callback.

Yes you can get a call back, I presume it is from the same contract support center in India.
There is a very good reason companies opt for customer support via offshore contract.
I presume it is very similar to these boards, where members wanting help. just won't accept a valid and correct answer to their query.

I've had a couple of times when I've needed to use CS reps, and I've always opted for a chat session with a supervisor/manager simply because you can get a transcript of the session for future use if needed.
With a phone call you have no evidence of what was said.................

I would love to know what being spoken to like an animal entails (pun intended)
Love and affection comes to mind.

I have a friend who is a medium sized seller on ebay and he has got through to ebay support a few times lately. Proceeded to a phone conversation.
He said he was pleasantly surprised by the outcomes although in one case it took a few calls till he got the help he was after.
I think one issue was about fees and in the other he had a negative removed. It was from a customer who paid for something and requested a cancellation within about 10 minutes, so he cancelled and then they gave him a negative and he argued they should not be able to do that. It was removed, which i think was the right decision by ebay.
So my advice meljorge is maybe give it one more try. Have the facts written in front of you, keep it to the main issue and be very polite. Or else try chat where you will get a transcript if someone is rude.

Hi springy, if the sale was cancelled at buyers request, -FB is now meant to be auto removed, and if it is not, it takes about 5 words typed in chat to the bots.

All I know is it didn't work and in fact took more than one phone call till he could get any action on that one. He said he told them it was their own policy it could be removed. I don't know what the glitch was but auto removal didn't work for him. He had all the messages to back his story up too.
I think that's why he told me the story, because it was unusual, he had to get through to actual reps and more than once.

Have you actually tried the number?
If yes (in the last 4 years) and you got a relevant response, mea culpa.
If yes and you didn't, I stand by my response.
If no, try it before accusing others of not having the facts right.

eBay's customer service can be difficult to navigate sometimes. Have you tried using their Live Chat option? It might be a quicker way to get in touch with someone who can help.
