I tried to list a Prada bag once that was genuine. Gave up in the end. It kept getting removed yet there were obvious fakes all over the site, so don't tell me they don't respond to reports. They remove listings immediately without any discussion with the seller prior, at least anything with a well known brand name, unless you're Chinese of course. Then you can do whatever you like. And no this is not a short story honey. It's a fact Jack
EBay have the VerRO program and IT would've been used to remove your listing and it's a completely different
setup to any other report system.
So it would've been reported by Prada.
What is eBay VeRO program?
eBay is committed to providing customers with a safe place to buy and sell while respecting the rights of intellectual property (IP) owners. The Verified Rights Owner (VeRO) program allows the owners of intellectual property rights and their authorized representatives to report listings that may infringe on those rights.
What would happen if listings contain an authorized brand name?
Your eBay listings will be removed by eBay based on a VeRO report and you will receive an email with information on the reasons.
