Delivery options

I am based in Melbourne and I've seen a mirror I'd like to buy that is in NSW and it is pick up only.

Can anyone suggest a reputable service that can help me get it delivered to my address?

Thanks so much.

cheers

Sam

Your first step is to ask the seller if they are agreeable to a courier/removalist picking up on your behalf.  A lot of sellers are not willing to wait round for them or package the item for a courier.

There is a good chance that the seller won't agree to a courier as they most likely only listed it as pick up to avoid any breakages which might happen in the post... A lot f couriersa aren't exactly careful with packages

Re: Delivery options

If the seller is agreeable and allows you to use a courier it will still be classed as a pick up item and you will have no buyer protection if you receive the item broken or indeed receive an empty box.

Re: Delivery options

If they are anything like the companies below it may be best to buy a mirror locally-

Re: Delivery options

That's **bleeped** lol.

I once saw the postman stack his postie bike up the road from me. It was the funniest thing ever (nearly). He went to turn into the driveway but hit the gutter and went flat on his face. Now he is no skinny bloke and to see that was hilarious! Smiley LOL

He was fine and jumped up quickly with a red face, looked around to see if anyone saw him and then went on his merry way. That is why it was so funny.

Lighten-up, not all accidents have to be serious, he even had a laugh with me about it at a later date.
