Do I have to pay a Paypal invoice on excess postage after order has been delivered.

I have been sent a PayPal invoice for excess postage.... after the company have sent the goods and after I have received them.  

This extra postage was not quoted at time of purchase. Sorry not through ebay but I can't find anywhere on PayPal to ask. 

So what I am asking is....

Can PayPal take the money from my account without me authorising it?

Also can PayPal close or freeze my account or flag me if I don't pay it.

please keep to the post  everybody knows my name  i dont hide on a id  also most people pick up from me and see me , so yes i am real  they can even see i am a male my age and my size , but other posters could be male or female male or want to be female ,they could be tall short old or young , or they can follow there leader .

Hi Guys, OP here.  Haven't been back here as my question was answered 🙂  

But I just had a quick skim through all the replies and just wanted to thank you all for taking the time to help.  It is appreciated.  🙂

I will try to clarify some things that were questioned.  🙂

I did read the T&C from company before I placed the order..... I had ordered from them many times before.

I did pay for "quoted" postage at time of ordering.

They didn't advise me of an increase in postage fees BEFORE posting me the goods. As it states in their T&C (which I read before I placed order).

It wasn't a scam as they adressed the PayPal invoice email to me personally and even apologised for not letting me know re the postage BEFORE they sent the goods.

I have cancelled the invoice via PayPal.

They have not replied to me since.  So they have either realised that they can't ask for more money or they are chasing some some lawers to come get me.  LOL  I doubt this is the case though.

So thank you again for all your help.
