E-BAY Quality of Customer service has deteriorated and there are many scammer sellers now on this platform. To contact anyone in E-BAY to discuss Orders never received by the seller is impossible. There is no one to call, no call centre, no live chat...you are on your own.
Several family members have ordered and never received items on E-BAY..they tried to contract the seller and never received the answer. E-BAY is starting to attract shady and unverified sellers.
DO NOT BUY ON E-BAY , Use AMAZON and ETSY instead hwo have decent Customer service and Excellent Resolution and Return Policy.

Is there a reason you have not used the tools you have been given and opened and followed through with an item not received dispute?
You need to do that yourself, there is no reason to contact eBay
And you do not need to contact the seller to open a dispute either
Your family members needed to do the same
No use yelling at other members and telling them who to buy and not buy from
You are not on your own at all
Are you checking feedback before you buy?
And sorry, but in order to sell you have to be 'verified'
If you did not receive these items, what use is a return policy (which, there 100% is on eBay on the MBG for items that are not as described)
Your choice not to use the MBG is your choice
Buyers who do use those tools will not have an issue

*Just to add
No, I do not work for eBay and nor do other members here
We simply know basic eBay policies and to simply use the MBG if and when it is needed
As all buyers should at least know the bare basics

Please read this link carefully, and advise your relatives to do likewise -

Live chat is available, as is the MBG.
Some members even know how to use them both!

I can see you are fairly inexperienced on ebay.
It is true just about everyting is automated, but that also includes claims if an item does not arrive.
Pleae read imastawka's linnk carefully. You don't need to talk to anyone at ebay or contact ebay itself, you can open a claim yourself, automatically. You have about 30 days after the expected arrival of an item.
When you bought, you would have seen a delivery date. Once that is past, you can open a claim for item not received and if you follow through, that should see you get a refund within days.
