Why wait over two months?
If it is a charge you are not responsible for (buying/allowing someone else to use your account to buy) or signing up for something, you need to contact your bank so they can investigate and you need to notify eBay your account has been compromised
Other members have no way of knowing but if you did not authorise such a charge, you have to report it
