I bought an Sony SLR camera from the U.K. and it cleared customs seventeen days, since there is no tracking update.
If I report "I didn't receive it" will the ultimate outcome be a refund debited from the seller?
The seller has excellent feedback and this isn't the outcome expected or desired.
I'll wait another two weeks (unless there is a time limit?) to talk to eBay.
Two couriers' in the chain (APG and > Aramex <) have no advice, other than it is 'on-forwarded'.
Aspect #1, the complete camera is faulty and we are a repairer.
Aspect #2, we are remote NSW and have had difficulties previously.
APG's T&C's show that the retailer must contact them for case management as my support ticket has not yielded any results.
Thanks.

"My original question, will the seller be debited if found in my favour, that is a buyer is refunded"
No.
It was sent through eBay global shipping and once it reached the UK hub, eBay takes all responsibility.
If an 'item not received' claim is opened, eBay will refund you, not the seller

What is the item number?

You only have 30 days after the last estimated delivery date to file an ' item not received' claim under eBay's Money Back Guarantee.

You don't need to 'talk' to eBay, that will get you nowhere !
You have 180 days to open an 'item not received' claim with Payapl if that's how you paid

Please explain, in English what your aspects are.
They don't appear to be related to your initial complaint.
Esoteric has it's place, but not generally on the boards.

Thank you all,
@casey
When I say 'talk to ebay' = submit "I didn't receive it."
My original question, will the seller be debited if found in my favour, that is a buyer is refunded.
The reason I ask is that delivery has been completely compliant it would seem and the seller isn't liable I'd reckon.

Thank you, most appreciated.

As I read it, the seller has shown all due diligence and I wouldn't claim if they were required to refund me. 😀
