I just got a whole heap of damaged items and the because the seller instead of packing items in 2 separate lots like I paid shoved lures in a box of graphite rods. I paid over $60 for the rods postage and over $45 postage for the lures. The seller holds up sending the rods for a couple of days so he can put the lures loosely into the same box as the rods. That in turn damages the rods. To me seeing as the seller didnt package the lures, No actual out lay was spent by putting them into the first packaging of Rods that cost me over $60 the $45 was excessive Postage, He sis nothing for that $45 charged, Ebay policy states he had to do something On top of that he refused to communicate with me so I left a heap of Negs for him. I go back just now and see all those negs have been removed, Not counting the ones I left just this minuet ( 3 ) but the 11 I left a few days ago, In fact not only removed but so are the comments explaining why.. Is this fair and right? or an example of Ebay looking after PowerSellers so the keep making money at the cost of the buyers?

If you said anything against the rules in your feedback the seller can have it removed, that includes calling names, mentioning disputes or anything nasty.

Well looking at the other 3 feedback you left them I think it will be removed as well.
To me leaving 11 + 3 neg's for one buyer will be looked at by ebay at excessive and I can see why they removed the feedback DID you even make contact with the seller to explain the situation? Did you even go through some kind of attempt to resolve the issue with the seller?? this involves comunication with maybe a few pictures to back up your claim just leaving 14 negs get's people no where....

you dont need to ask the same question on different threads.
Clarification: This thread was opened first however you are right - the question has been dealt with here and nothing has been gained by the OP asking about the same subject later in the other thread.
Ebay remove feedback for a valid reason. I doubt that they perform special favours for powersellers or anyone.

ebay DOES NOT protect Power SellersX-(X-(

It's not because he is a powerseller, it's because the seller combined the postage. The seller can send 2 or more items together on the one invoice, without discounting the postage amount, within ebay rules.
That is why your negatives were removed, it is not a requirement of ebay that the post be discounted unless you have made arrangement with the seller before you bid by asking for a (discounted) quote for combined postage. Otherwise they can charge you the full amount, and theycan post them together, within ebay rules. Which is why your negs were removed.
Next time before you buy ask the seller ... if I buy x and y items, can you give me a quote for post together. If you're not happy with the price, don't buy. Or buy the items a few days apart and pay for them separately, so that they have to be sent separately and the seller then has to pay 2 lots of postage. But most sellers want a sale, so any negotiation on price and discounts needs to be donebefore the sale, not after. Otherwise, you need to accept the quoted price. You are much better extending your energy to negotiating in a pleasant manner with the seller NOT involving ebay and paypal, who undertake millions of transactions, have no idea what has really transpired, don't care in any event - it's just an exercise in frustration. They aren't the morality police, so spend some more time buying better beforehand, not complaining afterward.
*** I spent quite some time composing this correct reply to you. If you want a different answer then go and ask someone who doesn't have a clue.

brill-1, Yes I made contact with the seller first, then second. Then a third time,I have sorted issues out before, He didnt want to know about it. I dont see how the feedback is excessive if every items was damaged in the process of poor packaging and ripping me off. It was truth and to the point. I offered pics etc he didnt want to know about it. Ebay didnt want to know about it.
