I purchased two crystal perfume bottles , they just looked dirty to me on the inside, but when i tried to clean them i knew the inside was damaged by the previous contents,
Returned the to the seller ebay was not much help , but i wanted a refund for return postage from the seller as his description was wrong, emailed him no reply,
As far as i know Free Returns means he pays the post as it was his fault with item descrition ,
Any help ???

I would want to know more about this bit.
I purchased two crystal perfume bottles , they just looked dirty to me on the inside,
If we could see the item number, it may help. Did the bottles look dirty in the photos in the ad?
How did the seller describe the bottles?
I'm having a complete guess here but I am wondering if the bottles (in the ad photos) had a sort of transulcent look to them instead of that transparent look?
If you bought them knowing that the insides looked dirty or not quite right & assumed you could just clean them up, then I am not so sure a return for significantly not as described is warranted. Without being able to read the description, it is hard to say.
My advice would be that if ever you are buying anything that doesn't look 100% perfect, ask questions first.
If you made a private arrangement to return the bottles to the seller or just returned them to the seller off your own bat and are now demanding a refund that includes return postage, I would say you are out of luck.
If the seller refunds the original payment, then just be grateful because unless you go through ebay for the return process, I am not sure ebay can step in now. I could be wrong, you may be able to contact ebay chat & get extra help, but you've made the whole thing a lot messier than it had to be.

* next to free returns means conditions apply
Did you follow the correct process?
Emailing is not the way to go, for a start
Communication needs to be kept to eBay messages only
Did you actually open an item not as described dispute
Or did you just send them back
eBay gives buyers all the tools
But they need to be used
There's no help if you simply do your own thing and still expect to be covered

Yes i inspected the item and tried to clean it no use, contacted seller and sent it back,
contacted him and said he should pay the return post as ebay suggested, no reply.

I did follow procedure, Ebay does not want to get involved in return postage

Does tracking show them as being delivered?

If it was not as described, and you opened and followed through with an item not as described dispute, the seller does not get a say. THEY pay return postage
'Contacted the seller and sent it back' is not following procedure
