It is dreadful of the seller(s) to do this. I am very sorry you got ripped off.
Have you checked lately to see if these 2 sellers are still active and current on ebay?
I really hope you left them both negative feedback comments to warn other buyers.
Ring ebay or send them another message and ask them why they have not done anything about these dishonest sellers. It is very wrong they get away with it. Good luck 🙂

Not getting a refund long after the 45 days period (and you have heaps of messages and emails from the seller with excuses) occurs because of dishonest seller behaviour.
You need to report the seller to eBAY.
You may never get your money back, but you can still warn eBAY about this seller. If eBAY doesn't followup and another buyer gets ripped off, then eBAY could be liable.
eBAY will followup because they don't want to be responsible for subsequent buyers being ripped off.
There is an electronic trail and individual eBAY customer support staff could be held responsible and one day when they are trying to get ahead or promoted above someone else, whoops, there are several customer complaints that weren't given appropriate action and this means you won't be getting that promotion.
