Hi im trying to get in touch with e-bay as some seller has AfterPay and tells me NO

Hello im just trying to get in touch with a complaint on e-bay , but have no idea who to write to , this seller has AfterPay on his item i made the purchase with afterpau first amount got payed and hes telling me he does not have afterpay , so i need to complain about this matter ,, thnk you

The seller gets the full amount of the purchase straight away even though you pay in 4 installments.

This seller may not be aware that eBay has started doing this, so please put the blame where it belongs instead of automatically assuming it is the seller's doing 

Just as your listing shows AfterPay, but  did *you* put that there?
