I purchased a collection of pins from a seller. There was a auction price and a Buy It Now price. I purchased the lot with Buy It now and paid straight away. Now, I thought I was paying for the whole collection but I have just received an email from the seller asking me what pin from the lot I would like? No where in the listing does it say the price was for individual pins. How do I respond to his mistake because there is no way I would've paid that price for one pin.

That is a victory for justice for all.
But please do everyone a favour and do not trash the sellers DSR's
I only say this because a similar situation happened with me once and the buyer left four low DSR's despite the fact we all agreed on a compromise.

Yes 100% agree - if you get the goods and they are as described, go gently and don't trash the DSRs, the seller appears to have made more than sufficient amends with their fair, and fast response (IMO).

why leave neg the seller is doing the right thing in the end
sometimes i read feedback for sellers and people leave negs for the stupidest reasons .
on one a seller got a neg because the item turned up a day latter than the recomended time frame
