Other members cannot do this for you
it is not eBay who provides/supplies the warranty
The seller sounds like they are spinning you a story if they told you otherwise
Also, warranties only exist IF you buyer from an authorised seller/re-seller of the brand
You should already have your invoice from when you purchased

was the seller an authorised seller of the phone?
If yes, you should be covered by product warranty ("should" doesn't mean it will)
If no, there is no enforceable warranty.
Best to buy mobile phones from a physical store and not online.

Ebay does not supply an invoice or warranty certificate, you can however print a purchase summary.
Your sellers other items indicate they provide a 12 month warranty + a tax invoice. The listings also indicate that to make a warranty claim, you must contact them through ebay (messages), note the warranty is not a manufacturers warranty, so doubt there is a need for a warranty certificate.
Did you contact the seller via ebay messages, or some other means.

The listing , and others, show:
"Your warranty information
Once your order is confirmed, the seller will send you a separate email with the warranty details and their contact information, or include this information in the parcel when sending you the item. Please make sure you hold on to the sellerโs information for the duration of the 12-month warranty"

The OP's not trying to make a claim.
They should have received the warranty in an email or in the parcel.
But it also shows
"To make a warranty claim with the seller, please go back to the warranty information the seller sent when you bought the item. They may have sent it via email, or included it in the parcel. That includes all the details of the warranty, including how to get in touch with the seller and make a claim"
