Hello everyone,
I bought a kitchen timer, the seller wouldn't accept posting to Po Boxes but eventually accepted.
The seller sent me a message saying that they have opened the Po Box action, but I'm
still blocked from paying at the check out. What should I do? Please help me.

All you can do is message the seller again and let them know. Is there a problem with language and the seller does not understand what you want him to do?
Chinese sellers are notorious for "not understanding English" when you ask them to do something they don't want to do. If you talked him into sending to your PO box you may well find you will never be able to pay for the item....just the seller's way of digging his heels in.

If a seller has No PO box, I always ask before the end of the sale, explaining that I only have a PO Box, I have no street mailing address. I haven't had a problem with doing that.
They need to change their stipulation against PO Boxes.
Maybe change your postal address to 'a number', then put 'postbox' or Post Box (written out in full) - the address is wrong way around, but it will still get there - as long as the number is in the front they might think it's a street address.

Hello everyone,
My problem has been solved.
In case anyone else has the same problem, ebay told me I have these two options:
1) Ask the seller to put you on their ( exemption list ).
2) Ask the seller to send you a ( manual invoice using PayPal ) and ask them
to call ebay, they will assist them. These two options helped me; I hope
they do the same for you. Have a nice day
