I find this sellers demands funny and thought id post a small portion of their ad

Paypal only. Buyer assumes all responsibility for this transaction, sold as is. NO REFUNDS/RETURNS/P.O BOXES/LOCAL PICK UP. Payment is expected within 1 hour of auction ending or 'buy it now' date. I'll post ASAP, but it will be posted ASAP on a business day after confirmed payment on or after 'buy it now' price. Note: I can only post items once a week so please accept that before you bid, thanks. The 3 day handling time is ONLY a guide, don't take it literally. Rest assured I always try to post ASAP.

if its brand new ,why is it out of its package ,why is it it might have dust or smuges on it ,, surely its used but in good condition,

lol ....... It's copied from a previous listing and probably not checked very well.

On a previous item, something had been missed, so as the item already had bids, only a note could be included where it was explained that descriptions had been copied from previous listings.

I do like detailed descriptions & i can rave on a bit myself but oh boy, that seller is worse than I am, he said the same thing over & over.

Yet the auction is going gangbusters. Maybe the way i used to sell wasn't right after all, maybe I've got it wrong.

But from my point of view, I would rather a detailed description of the item first, followed by a quick note on any conditions.

I would not want to know he is busy at work & I find it annoying to read over and over, 'not sure'.

He is the seller, it takes only a second or two for him to say- I will post asap. Items will always be posted within 5 business days of payment and sometimes sooner.

I also would not put in the bit about paying within one or two hours of auction end or he will give people a strike. He may block them but he can't issue a strike over that.

All he is doing is putting people's backs up.

Or that is what I thought.

Possibly a few vigilante buyers who have bid just so they can not pay within an hour of buying and in fact will not pay at all. There are a few people with nothing else to do with their time who do this, haven't heard of any for a while but there have been quite a few suspect accounts over the years.

I think the seller was either a little confused or on something illegal when they wrote their terms & conditions haha!
