Title:  just a cabinet

Problem is I'm a bit strapped for cash at the moment.  Can you help me?  I have a few dollars and only need the other $14,999,987.65

What will you get for you help?  You will get a picture of me with the cabinet!

I actually thought that if I bought some stuff on eBay and resold it quickly that I'd get closer to the amount I need.  I looked at a listing for some Australian coins (search BIG COLLECTION 11 AUSTRALIAN COMMEMORATIVE 1954 SILVER FLORINS) but they finish too late for me.  Darn.

By the way, what about those listings where shipping is 10,000 dollars or even more (for very normal items)? Have they been hacked? Are they a joke? I have found more than one...

Mariq, it is often just a simple listing mistake.

Can you post a couple of titles so we can check it out. I have seem it a few times where sellers have put a comma instead of of full stop.

Oh, I don't have any links right now, but a couple of times I have found some also searching in getprice.com.au for example. I was taken to a real shop with a good reputation and then the price for shipping was obviously absurd. (So definitely not a joke...)

I reckon I am too big to fit inside so I would probably would just stand beside it.

Bit of a moot point as the listing has finished now . . . . . and . . . . . I copped a violation for "posting solicitation" for this thread.  Guess the sender of the violation email just didn't "get" my posts (I may be in violation even now).

As if I would seriously seek to get posters to give me $15 million to buy a cabinet.  If I cop another violation I may well be having a rest from the boards as I have had a spate of them lately for some reason.  Maybe I have annoyed someone and they are reporting my threads ?:|  Wouldn't be the first time!
